2.HOLIDAY SUNDAY CLUB: Lauder Sunday Club continues in the holidays.
3. Renovations and Painting:Please observe due care, especially with children.
4. Churches Open:LauderChurch is open daily (9am – 6pm) for visiting, prayer and reflection. Channelkirk is open throughout the day. Information is available for visitors. If you have ideas on such materials, let Graeme Donald know.

6. Danger! Please don’t let children play round the graves: stones may be unstable!
7. Youth Café: Volunteers are now trickling in to start a safe P7+ drop-in place in Autumn ’09 staffed by adults, with a tuck shop. We still need more volunteers. Call Bruce. This world is destructive to individuals and families. Show we care.
9. The Kirkin' O' the Cornet: This service is in LauderChurch on Sunday 26th July, led by the Rev. Warner Hardie. Bruce is back for the rest of that week.
10. QV: For Office-bearers’ diaries: Presbytery’s Quinquennial Visit to Channel-kirk and Lauder will be on Tuesday, 25th August, at 7pm, in the Church Centre.
11. Guest Praise Evening: A Praise Evening will be held in ChannelkirkChurch on Sunday, 16th August, at 7pm, led by a visiting team from Galashiels Old Parish and St. Paul’s. This is part of their outreach to rural areas, to encourage fellowship.
12. Meeting: Session and Board meet on 3rd Sept.., at 7pm, in the Church Centre.
13. Prayer and Bible Study: We meet next on August 5th. Prayer Requests from a Post-a-Prayer box will still be prayed, or email them: The request can be unsigned. It is seen only by those who pray and it is all confidential.
14. Recorded Services: Judi Gunn records Lauder services. If You know anyone who would like a CD recording, call Judi, or Graeme .
15. Gift Aid: Are you a tax payer? Gift Aid makes givings expand at no extra cost. Put donations in pew envelopes or call Billy Anderson for weekly ones.
16: Unity: Occasional changes in services at Channelkirk, or special meetings held, imply no disunity, only appropriate ministry so we develop our parish at both ends.
